Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of USAFashionLife and purchases from us. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information. Keep any account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and descriptions

Review the description, size chart, selected options, and personalization requirements for each product before ordering. Product specifications vary by item. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. A design described as “3D” refers to its visual effect unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Many products are made to order. Availability and prices may change before you place an order. If we discover a material pricing, availability, or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Orders and payments

Check the order total, currency, shipping charge, and any displayed taxes before paying. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not confirm shipment. We may need additional information to verify an order or resolve a payment issue. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund of payments collected for the unfulfilled portion.

Personalized orders and submitted content

You are responsible for the spelling, names, images, and other details you submit. Only provide material you own or have permission to use. You grant us and our fulfillment providers permission to use that material to produce your order and provide related support. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. We may decline content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.

Changes and cancellations

Request changes or cancellation by email within 4 hours of placing your order and wait for confirmation. After 4 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed or canceled. See our Cancellation Policy.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery estimates, shipping charges, and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us if your order is delayed or appears lost so we can investigate.

Defects, exchanges, and refunds

Report manufacturing defects or errors on our side within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer change-of-mind or customer-selected size exchanges for products made as ordered. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the claim process. The production cutoff does not remove eligibility to report an eligible defect.

Store content and acceptable use

Our store content, product artwork, and branding belong to their respective owners. Purchasing an item does not grant rights to reproduce its artwork commercially. Do not misuse the store, submit fraudulent orders, distribute malicious code, interfere with its operation, or infringe another person's rights.

Third-party services and privacy

Payment providers, carriers, and linked third-party services may have their own terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For privacy matters, that policy controls if its wording conflicts with these Terms.

Service availability and consumer rights

We aim to keep store information accurate and the website available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Updates and questions

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. For order questions or concerns, email support@usafashionlife.com with your order number so we can work with you toward a resolution.
